Payment:

By clicking on the "confirm order" button, you commit to buying the products selected at the price indicated including all delivery charges.

All online payments are handled by Paypal.  All efforts are made to avoid errors in processing orders and notification, however we reserve the right to cancel all or part of an order at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion.


Delivery:

You become the owner of all goods once they have been dispatched and paid for in full. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible, indicating the estimated delivery time. If as a result of this, you wish to cancel an out of stock item from an order, Baby Bootique will refund the relevant amount and cancel delivery of those items.


U.K:

We aim to deliver in-stock items in the UK within seven days.


Worldwide:

Please contact us if you are ordering from overseas, additional delivery charges will be applicable and will be advised on an individual basis.  Delivery times may vary for international delivery. In addition to delivery charges customers are responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may apply.


Exchange & refund:

If you are not happy with your Baby Bootique product please call us and ensure the item is returned to us within 14 days & we will refund or exchange the goods for you. Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us - please ask for a confirmation of postage certificate at your post office. We regret that post & packaging costs for returns are non- refundable.

Privacy:

All personal information collected through this website will be held securely in accordance with the UK's Data Protection Act 1998. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

We use the personal information that you give us only to fulfill orders and to help guide us when designing new products and services. We may contact you with any Baby Bootique offers or events which we think may be of interest to you. When you order a product from us, you will be asked for personal details such as your name, e-mail address, credit or debit card number, start and expiry dates and your telephone number. We may use your telephone number for deliveries but your credit card details are not passed on to us. Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. We will never share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

We do all we can to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date. Information such as product sizing and colours in particular may be approximate. All information including prices may be subject to change without notice.
